What is a chance of teams winning a le put into numbers?

I am planing to bet some money on the spurs and I am thinking what is their chance to win it all.

To break it down (this is how I feel):

Chances:

LA -26%
SA -26%
Portland - 4%

Boston - 20%
Cleveland - 10%
Orlando - 10%
All the others combined - 4% (mostly Dallas&Utah)

IMO basically Boston/LA/SA would each have 33% chance of winning if there would be a guarantee all of them are in perfect health come playoffs.

These % are completely based on my opinion how teams can do this year (when healthy); offcourse regarding last year performance and offseason additions.
