I was wondering if Bruce keeps working out and in top shape and is around the team if he doesn't sign mid season as. Specialty defender in lineups with Parker Duncan and Manu/Jefferson against teams like the Lakers or others with top wings.

I'd rather Bruce be an adviser-type to the team..give tips to the younger guys on the team, show up to some games as a fan, just be a part of the Spurs family..no doubt that he'll do that IMO..

i remember Bruce saying on the ticket 760 one morning that he would probably stay away from the games so as not to be a distraction...maybe too soon for him as well.

agreed that i'd love to see him as a color guy with sean...maybe he'll pop up on tnt later in the year...that would be sweet...that is of course...if Pop hasn't called him and told him to get his ass to practice by that time...
