That all seems pretty nerdy.
I got into an S&D lobby last night. While we were waiting for the match to start there was this loud, dumbass guy talking all sorts of about the lack of a beta or demo for mw2. So all of a sudden I hear, "Hey, if you don't like the way we do things, I'm the developer of call of duty, and I can just ban you."
I looked at the screen... and OMG, it was Robert Bowling. So the guy laughed and said, "yeah ing right," or something to that effect.
So Robert Bowling goes, "you sure 'bout that?" And the guy told him to off. So Bowling just goes, "okay," and bounced out the lobby. And besides the GT, I know it was him because I tried to look at his profile and it didn't even show up.
So anyway, a couple minutes later the guy who was talking got kicked out of the game, I'm assuming he was actually banned.
I don't know if this anecdote deserved its own thread or not, but I thought it was pretty random and interesting.

Dude, of course its nerdy. But it, as I often say, it's the digital age for christsakes. I think if we're using the word 'digital' to sum up our historical epoch, then we can probably drop pretenses about technology. Being nerdy is a lot less nerdy than it used to be.
