    Leave me alone you ing idiot. Look up his stats, he is one of the best closers. He blew a save, it happens to the best of them. Papelbon, Street, Franklin were all great closers this year and they all blew huge games this post season. Maybe the offense should have scored more then four runs off Joe ing Blanton and the Philly pen.

    I would love to see the Yankees lose game 6. That would be awesome. And you know what would be even better? If they lost game 6 and then choked a big fat in game 7. That would be sweet.

    Broxton is balls and always has been. I pray to Allah this team gets a real closer this off-season. Broxton is like Bills. They are both mental midgets. The moment either faces adversity, you might as well mail it in.

    Both of these teams are such pretenders in comparison to the Phillies. Their pitching can't hold leads for very long. The Yanks pitching has blown leads in all the games CC wasn't pitching which was 3 games and the O got them that win in game 2. They were just lucky the Angels pitching couldn't hold leads either. Angels go up 4-0. Then the Yanks score 6 runs in the top of the 7th. Then the Angels score 3 runs in the bottom of the 7th. Man one of these overrated teams is ed come the World Series and I am going to enjoy every bit of it.

    Anyhow, what a game to behold. It went back and forth and for one night--it made baseball bearable to watch. I'm not sure if the Angels can pull of game six (or, if there will be a game 6 since its supposed to rain), but at least they've put up a bigger fight against a better team than the Dodgers did. Not that going down 4-2 is of any solace.

    If they do make it to Game 7, then it'll be interesting since the pressure would solely be on the Yankees' shoulders to avoid being the 4th team in MLB history to blow a 3-1 lead.

    How did this turn into a Boston Red Sox convo especially when I was comparing both of these teams to the Phillies? Plus I didn't think this years Sox team was all that. they didn't exactly finish the last 2 months playing great ball. Lucky for them Texas sucked even worse. Don't believe me? I was posting that during that time span.

    I love how an Angels fan gets so defensive when I call his team overrated. Your team isn't good enough to win it all this year. Even if you somehow win this series, the Phillies will kick your ass in the next round. That will mean at the end of the day while you may have finally beaten Boston, you didn't get the ultimate prize.
