They have been delivered via UPS the past six seasons. When I received the e-mail that they were on the way, it included a UPS tracking number that could be used at UPS.com to follow the progress.
Since you ordered yours after the season started, that may not be true. I have received different materials from season ticket services via UPS, the post office, and even a local courier.
Best idea is to call your rep and ask.
