I got thrown out of Chacho's tonight because I saw a chick wearing a Mavs jersey. I was trying to see which jersey it was and she thought I had a staring issue. This is how it happened.
1. I was eating super nachos with my wife and saw the Mavs chick sit down at a table across from me.
2. I lean over to see if I can see what number was on the jersey and whose number it was.
3. She sees me leaning over looking at the jersey so she stands up and walks towards me.
4. I am thinking "Oh, it's a Dirk Nowitzki jersey."
5. She stops and leans over at my table and says, "Do you have a problem?"
6. Without thinking I said, "I was just trying to see which losers jersey you were wearing."
7. She pours my soda on the 'Three Amigos (Spurs version)' shirt I am wearing, and starts talking .
8. I stand up and raise my voice asking everyone in the restaraunt, "WHY THE ARE DALLAS FANS SO ING SENSITIVE!?!"
9. She slaps me and starts wanting to fight me. So I say loudly, "Damn woman, you have more balls than Noringski have you ever considered trying out for the team!?!"
10. Chacho's security comes and escorts me and my wife out amidst cheers of satisfied Spurs fans.
It was excellent. Sure I got slapped, but it was funny as .
Any of you ever have anything like this happen to you?

Naaa, my wife would have probably lost. She is only 4'11" 100 lbs. This she-male was around 5'9" 150 lbs.

She slapped you, in public with lots of witnesses, and you didn't call the cops and file assault charges?? That would have fixed that stupid ---she obviously has gotten away with that kind of crap too many times.
I agree with this. She assaulted you twice (the soda counts as an assault) and you didn't lay a finger on her in self defense - she should have been made to leave the restaurant and then arrested.
That's Leon Valley PD. If he was there past 8PM there would have been a cop on duty at that location.
Don't expect LVPD to follow into anything not related to a traffic ticket.
The assault was in the talking like she wanted to fight, the destruction of property happened when she spilt the soda on him, the battery occured when she slapped him.

It changed about 3 years ago. They used to have the best queso, but now it's just velveeta or something.
Their drinks are still strong though. Only reason to go now is if you wanna get drunk for $10.
I'd have to say my late night choice would still be my home away from home Buffalo Wild Wings.

I think they escorted me out because I was yelling causing more of a scene. I am not pissed off at all.
Some of you are thinking that I should file charges, but I don't really roll that way. Sure I could have beat the piss out of her, but who would win in a court. Most likely the female would.
