Hedo who? Magic are destroying the Hawks. I kind of doubted if they'd be good this year but I've changed my mind.
Forget the doom and gloom, the Magic are rolling this year. This is gonna be a tough ass team to beat. Talent/depth/star power, they have it all.

Barnes and VC are huge pickups for them.
I don't get why Barnes gets shipped around so much...he obviously has skills, maybe his at ude.
If Dwight wins an MVP I'll be pretty devo.

Ya I really don't get the Hedo>Carter thing. Carter is better at everything except being taller. FG/3pt%, passing, scoring, finishing you name it hes better. This is going to be a fun year to be a Magic fan. Have to pray for no injuries! Jameer going down last year was turrible.

And yes, I had my doubts, as well, but this new Magic squad looks damn good, at least at the moment.

It's funny back a month or so ago, you could harldy find a soul on any major news network or pub that would touch the magic with a 10' pole. All you heard was how great the celtics and cavs had improved, and how much the magic would miss Turkoglu

Damn the magic are stacked! Lots of bigs, good guards. I always though Hedo was overrated, he'd play like crap entire games then somehow get lucky at the end of a few games to save some face. frankly, I think he did more harm than good.
The notion that losing him and getting VC was a downgrade is re ed. VC is just so much better, and unlike Hedo, can co-exist with Jameer. The scary thing with this team is that they look this good without shard.
Scary for the Eastern conference. Still not good enough to beat the Lakers unless Dwight can learn how to score 28 a game in the post and hit a free throw.
