This thread could actually be used as evidence at an unemployment hearing as to whether he was fired "for cause"...Except for the fact that he was posting during working hours all other facts seem to point to the fact that business was sucking and layoffs were imminent. I'm not sure that his " in the drawer" thread was adequate cause for termination unless there had been previous do ented counseling sessions and non-performance reviews. IF IN FACT he actually got fired he is following the proper course of action by not over reacting on the message board.

Hmmm...well, it depends on whether Paki is continence challenged along with being a ing dumbass. If Paki is continence challenged the termination would be grounds for a suit under the ADA.
If he's continence-challenged, it would be grounds for several suits.
Most certainly racing stripe stains for several suits.
