Well, the battled back, and it was a 6 point game with like 3 minutes to go, too bad Scola did nothing tonight, brooks needs to shoot with confidence
Well I can't say I'm surprised. It was a fun game and if I see that kind of effort all season, then i'd be just fine, no matter what our record is.
I like the Blazers, it's gonna be fun to watch them this year, especially if Oden develops into a force.
Only thing surprising to me was how bad our production was from the power forward. Also Roy was unimpressive.

There are a lot more reasons ahead of three point shooting as to why we lost this one. Scola not contributing anything on either end of the floor. Landry looking like he had less experience on defense than Andersen (Who I think should have gotten a lot more playing time than he did). He looked like a nervous rookie playing his first game the entire night. His leaving Outlaw wide open in the second quarter to help double team anyone (unnecessarily in almost all cases) was a major factor in why he had such an outstanding game. Ariza forcing the issue instead of looking for teammates, leading to many boneheaded turnovers. I also have to give props to Portland for outhustling us on the boards by 20. My only point is there is a lot of blame to spread around for this loss.

Nothing to have fun with. He's just bitter because he feels the Rockets owe him money. You had to have notice by now that he never says anything good about us. We could win the championship, and he would still find a problem with us.
if he stopped being bitter, and reflect on why he doesn't have a ring, then he would have finally done something constructive in his life

Worst team in the west ehhh. Wasn't Portland suppose to elimanated the roc out of first round, wasn't the lakers suppose to sweep the roc. I hope every player on the roc roster take what Barkley said to the head.
The Rockets will be decent this year. I see them as a .500 team.

How can anyone come to that conclusion after one game? If you have the answer please help me figure it out.
