I want you to start a thread about your generation's workforce and work ethic. Basically as an up and comer of your generation I'd like you to discuss your personal short comings and the short comings of your generation in relation to the current workforce.
The pussification of America has been widely discussed on this forum. Can your generation exceed the generation before them or before that? The en lement mentality and its justification (if founded) are a point I'd like you to elaborate on.

The legal age for driving is 16. As society has evolved in the last 20-30 years and we see the trend of our youth becoming increasingly more immature I want you to discuss the benefits and/or downturns of raising the legal age for a DL to 18. There are a ton of articles out there on this so a little research could prove interesting.
Of course wrap it up with your opinion.
