This really wasn't funny.
A Halloween miracle?
By Jeff McDonald
Contrary to the news that was coming out of the AT&T Center last night, it appears the bat that Manu Ginobili karate-chopped into submission may have, in fact, lived.
According to a team official, staff members went to retrieve the bat for testing after he game, but it had disappeared. The team is currently operating under the assumption that the bat escaped into the San Antonio night, and now roams the countryside as a vampire preying on sheep and goats and chupacabra.
A citywide bat hunt is currently underway. The bat measures about 55 millimeters, head to toe, and weighs approximately 24 grams. It has an imprint of Ginobili's left hand across its cheek. The bat is considered armed and dangerous, and is seriously considering becoming a Kings fan.
Anyone with knowledge of the bat's whereabouts is asked to please keep the information to themselves, and to stop being so gullible.

+1 except for the part about the cheek.
That must have been a very serious hit to the head...![]()
what do they mean it disappeared? They left it in an ashtray in the parking lot or what?
You'd think they'd have secured the little guy.
id give this a pity laugh lol
As has been repeatedly stated - the BAT FLOPPED!!
McDonald has been getting better. It's takes a year just like the players to get acclimated.
Manu needs to slap this McDonald fool into submission, just like he did with the bat...
The journalist experts are back in full force again I see.
It's trying to be funny because it's clearly a conspiracy to a cover-up!!!! No one can find the bat. That's sort of like how no one can find JFK's missing brain. Think about it Manu is from Argentina where beef consumption is extremely high, thus he's already on PETA's watch list. If the bat dies, then Manu gets pied by a PETA agent and shame gets brought to the Spurs.
Quick, someone contact Galileo and then after that get Donaghy!!!
are you sleeping with jeff mcdonald?
Man, they are milking this story dry . . .
Fruit bats are common in South America, where they are known as rats with wings. The dreaded flying rat bat is dangerous, unless it has slurped up its fruit juice within the past 24 hours.
Yeah, we're a completely different breed from the radio commentator experts...

They had trouble finding the right size cuffs.
I‘m happy that the bat is alive.
I'll give this a subscript lol
I think the bat is really dead..
After manu picked up the bat he should have glued it on his bald spot![]()
