I wasn't just given 2 points for fun. That still leaves me with a very small margin for error. It wouldn't be fair for me to guess he scores 13ppg and if he goes a hair over that then I lose. Why is this whole thing such a hard concept to grasp? If I think he'll score 13 point something, around 13 and a half, then that only gives me a 1.5 point margin for error. While allanon gets EVERYTHING above that, his point spread is bigger. Right now Gasol averages 20 points per game. That gives him a 5 point swing. Gasol's average can drop 4.9 points and he still wins the bet. The odds aren't in my favor. If this is so hard for you to understand then shut the up
Yes but then you realize that Marc Gasol's scoring potential is only about 17-19 PPG, and the difference isn't very small. Don't try to contend that there is any possibility of Marc Scoring numbers much higher than 17.
Allanon does get EVERYTHING above 15, BUT, Marc cannot score more than 2-4 points more than that, so EVERYTHING is very small in this case.
But barring major injury, he won't score 4 points less than 15. Like you said he COULD score 4 more, however unlikely I believe that to be, but I don't think anyone here thinks he scores 11 ppg.
