If you're actually good and your team wins and gets to keep running, it might be less of an issue. But if you suck at basketball, then you shouldn't do that and it's a bad comparison to make.

My point is that Kobe is shooting a poor percentage yet continues to take a ridiculous amount of shots. Even when he has stellar teammates like odom, Bynum and Artest. And any talk about "Kobe getting it" or whatever was a complete fabrication. He's still the same he always was.

Actually no. You were responding to someone else who said that Kobe won a ring thanks to Gasol which was arguing against the stupid argument you were making that Kobe can play however he wants since he's winning champioinships.

Your response was that Duncan won a championship thanks to Parker which doesnt make any sense considering he won a championship without Parker and no one can claim that Duncan was riding the coattails of the big diesel in 99 either.

So thus, you failed on two arguments.

1) Kobe can play however he wants since he wins championships (he was getting bounced in the first round or missing the playoffs all together before Gasol came around).

2) Kobe's dependence on Gasol (or Shaq) is the same as saying Duncan is dependent on Parker.
