I generally don't like potato salad. But I make it without all that crap in it. Just the mayo, mus , pickle relish, a little bit of worst. sauce and a tiny bit of ranch dressing, with basil, marjoram, salt and pepper for seasoning. It's the bestest!
I'll try it because Katy said it's "money". You can make it for the next GTG I have at my house. It will be a BBQ and you all can bring sides.

I like baked potatoes the best. I'm just kinda "eh" about mashed, but I absolutely hate them mashed with garlic or cheese. Fries are fine as long as they are real and not the extruded kind.
Oh, and I'm really loving sweet potato fries lately

Hate 'em in a pie, but put some salt and ketchup on those bad boys alongside a burger, and I'm done for.

however, just keep the skin on them. peeled taters are weak. cubed, olive oil, salt, pepper. sautee for 10 at medium heat, oven at 350 for 20 mins.

Sounds like we have a throwdown challenge!

The throw down to end all throw downs! Whichever one I can stomach the longest wins!

I like to make my own french fries "from scratch". Cut fresh potatoes, leave the skin on, rinse, sprinkle with a mixture of seasoned salt and hickory Bacon Salt, throw in the fryer.

unfortunately mashed sweet potatoes weren't tasty.
But they can be. Mash with butter, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Yummy.

Sweet potato fries are good, too.

I like the idea of potato salad, but hate almost everything that is in it. Other than that, there's really nothing you can do to a potato that I don't enjoy.

Except maybe for mashed potatoes that are too whipped and fluffy. I make mine creamy and chunky, with skins on, and they're heaven. Even people who start out all butthurt about the fact that I'm not peeling them fall in love.

I don't care for sweet potatoes, go figure.

I like candied sweet potatoes. But the person who prepares them has to take the time to take the strings out.
