So, you'd take Kobe up the kazoo rather than curse mother?![]()
He'd have to get an easy seat somewhere else in order to ring quickly. Anything can happen though with Stern workin' the scope.
I want that James to suffer a good, long time before he gets relief.

Didnt watch the game, but whats the diff bewteen what Kobe does in MSG and what Lebron does...based on the posts...seems like Kobe does the same things...doesnt he?
The buzz would only last so long, though.
After a couple of 45-win seasons and quick playoff exits, LeBron would look less like the Chosen One and more like pre-2009 A-Rod to New York fans.
Right now there's a honeymoon aspect to the vibe between LeBron and the people in New York. But that never lasts forever, and it certainly wouldn't if LeBron didn't deliver some hardware to those folks in fairly short order. All of a sudden the complaints about his game- that he dominates the ball, that he won't get down in the post, that he isn't "clutch" enough- would be magnified a hundred-fold under the glare of the New York media.
New Yorkers know their basketball like few other fanbases. They aren't going to blindly hero-worship anyone if they don't bring home les. And LeBron would have a hard time doing that the way that team is set up.
If LeBron goes- and again, I don't know if he will or won't- he'll go somewhere he thinks he can win now. Miami or the Lake Show.
if I was greedy ass white looking to score with the first famous dude that showed up..perhaps...but don't forget the chic in Colorado (according to her own dam friends) went to a party right after the so called rape and was bragging about Kobe's 14 inch size...Chics who just got raped don't do that ...so we could go round and round on that one and I'll accept the court's descision in this case which is essentially Not Guilty...
Every fandom knows their basketball equally, Joe.
*but, I'll grant ya on the James going where he can ring readily. Miami would be easier, but, the Morrison deal smacked of preemptive arranging/hoarding of monies like when they were jockeying for Daddy.
But, her friends weren't sworn. I got no problem with the court decision. I still think he raped her, but, he ain't no rapist and I'd a done the same thing to her, just with half the 14 inches and a Popsicle stick to act as splint in time of dire need.
He was so vulnerable. How he ever stood still instead of heading for the Lear & Italy is beyond me.
Difference is that Kobe is all about business. He may say hi to a few but he's not showboating, taking fake pictures, playing to crowd in a mystery of will he come or won't he. Smiling after each basket and looking all round for the camera's...Kobe is trying to win les and Lebron is trying to gain acceptance and Love from the world. Until he realizes this he will win the next 3-4 MVP awards while Kobe's still winning les.![]()
The Prince is headed for Brooklyn. They have Harris, Lopez, and the ability to sign him and another max player.
I will say what I've said all along. Why the would a superstar leave a championship-contending team to go to one that perenially lottery-bound AND leave money on the table to boot?
Get over it folks. It aint gonna happen.
I don't think the Cavs are a championship caliber team. They're no different from last year; they demolish the non elite teams while struggle with elite teams. They're struggling with middlers right now like Toronto but I think they'll get over it. But against teams like Boston and Orlando; they have some major issues.
What's worse is next year; it's LeBron or bust because they have a chicken and the egg scenario. They'll have cap room but LeBron's going to wait and see who comes before he signs. And guys thinking about going to play with LeBron are going to wait for him to re-sign before joining up.
the Cavs are a potential top-tier team BECAUSE of Lebron..
Again, the Knicks are going to have enough cap room to get Lebron some help..it's not difficult to build a team as good as Cleveland's supporting cast right now, it really isn't that good..
Hahahahaha
