The plan is in place. Tank the season which will result in Sloan retiring (hopefully). Hire a coach that can motivate this team. Take the two high draft picks and rebuild the front court around Millsap and get a damn wing player who can create his own shot. I'll suffer through a horrible year if it means we have a le contender for years to come.
I don't think Williams will sit still for it, frankly.
