Nets are injured? I hadn't heard.
Ever had all the starters hurt? Nets only had one starter(Brook Lopez) playing for them and they a young team that haven't won any games.
Yes I am a Nets fan and Yes they do suck, but I have to say it's actually funny. Players seem to be going down like flys

yeah, they are lol, they even are having all the injured Nets mingle with fans tomorrow before the game, because most of them are injured and can't play and I guess want them to do something

Yeah, but all 50 games Devin Harris plays each year make me regret the Kidd trade more and more.
Harris is a funk & junker.
Last time I seen ehm they only had 9 players available to play.. and then one was hurt. 8 players for the whole game! No Brook, no Devin.
actually Brook is the only one not injured that starts. Well CDR as well, but he was sick yesterday. Lee was the new one that got hurt

You're looking at a devin harris, courtney lee, _ , _ , brook lopez lineup with some good reserves and space for 2 max contracts. Oh, and there's a guy by the name of jay-z. This team is lebron-built.
Add to that starting lineup lebron and bosh and you've got an excelent team set up for MANY years. Ofc, those are just suppositions .. but.. if lebron and bosh want rings then there is not a better team than nj (great role players with good offense game and good defenders, young talented big man, good cheap bench and probably HIGH draft pick).

agreed we could be good in the future, but we won't know for sure till all the players are playing or at least more then right now. And I think we have to win at least two games to have a chance at Lebron or anyone like that.
But, then again we are one of the better teams to come up with ways to sell tickets, that's a plus

Devin Harris is the Iron Man. Anytime you can build your franchise around a guy who averages a whopping 55 games played per year, you gotta do it.
Amen to that, Fin. I'll never understand the excitement over this guy.

I don't understand the excitement over him either, but I root for him since he is on the Nets. I'd rather have him on the team then Kidd with the team we have now though, so I can see that type of excitement for him
Devin Harris has no idea on how to run a team. Good scoring guard, but that's all. Mo Williams with better defence. In a really good team, he should be a 3rd guard off the bench.
Lopez is a future fringe All-Star. Good player, but not a franchise player.
T-Williams may be a solid starter and a very good wing defender.
Courtney Lee is already that.
The rest of their youngsters are bench players at best or pure garbage.

Lopez is the best Center since Krstic for the Nets, so I'll take it and he does work hard, not saying he is great like Shaq or anything, but better then others in the NBA.
T-Will is pretty fun to watch so far looks like he could be good so far

And I think they team did pretty well against Celtics last night considering they only had 8 players and most of the players Nets had playing prob wouldn't or won't be seeing time when or if players weren't hurt
But I thought after he had a couple good months last year that he was a top 5 PG and the Mavs were idiots for trading him? At least that's what all Spurs fans said.
head 2 head matchup .. harris was good on parker. As far as Mavs- mebbe kidd is better. Kidd is defintely a better floor general, and brings toughness, but i dunno abt that if you factor in age.
And dont bring up the 4-1, we all know that had nothing to do with kidds awesome defense on parker. Think finley/josh howard.
Mavs fans stop ing and accept that the Kidd trade was a bad one.
