ish.
That's not "legalising", which means it would become a legitimate product and could be openly produced, bought and sold, that's "decriminalising", which means basically not making it an offence to have a little bit on you. The reporter used the wrong word.
Smartest legal move in US history!![]()
This brings a whole new meaning to 'Mile High Stadium.'
Why is the le of this thread: "Weed legalized in Denver" when the le of the article referenced is: "DA: Pot Still Illegal In Denver"?
![]()
My guess is the OP was posting while impaired.![]()
I like this part:
So I should be okay because I always carry more than an ounce."It is still illegal to possess less than an ounce of marijuana anywhere in the state, and that includes Denver."
It also says:
200.00? It cost me more to take care of a ticket for not using my blinker, I say smoke up if those are the repercussions.marijuana possession charges under state law, which carries up to a $100 fine and a mandatory $100 drug-offender surcharge.
Okay I exaggerate, it cost me about 175.00 to take care of the ticket, but still.
haha.
I know the le of the article says the exact opposite of the thread le, but the term legalized would get more views than "still somewhat illegal but a lot more legal than it was before."![]()
Get some good seeds, grow some plants, smoke some bud
