I am really thrilled about Bogans right now. He is playing near the max of what we could have hoped.

George Hill looks great on both sides of the ball.

Richard is starting to assert himself and is playing like the guy we need. These injuries might have forced him into being aggressive and hopefully it stays that way.

Dice is starting to slowly show what the Spurs brought him in for.

Matt Bonner had a of a game and deserves a lot of credit. He was put in an impossible position guarding Dirk all by himself, but he battled, rebounded and hit timely shots.

An axiom of basketball - there will just about always be a run by the team that is losing during the 4th Q. If that team takes the lead, they often go on to win. If they don't, 98% of the time they will lose.
I'd say, if they don't take the lead, they lose 100% of the time. But maybe my math is wrong.

40 minutes for RJ? I didn't get to watch the game, was that necessary? I guess a combined 1-8 from Finely and Mason didn't leave many other options.

This win is as big as regular season wins get... especially with the injuries and the way the team was struggling.

make that 11 pts 9 reb for Bonner

This is good, Spurs 2-0 without Timmy and Tony, and the other guys are starting to tighten up on defense. Bogans and McDyess are looking like great pick ups, and RJ is providing us the offense we missed outside of the big 3 last year...

and Hill is getting better and better every game.

Nice to see Jefferson cause the Mavs problems.

Nice to see Bogans can take someone like Howard out of there game.

i'm sooo happy, god i hate the mavericks. Especially when Dirk scores 30 because the refs love him so much. Dice did a great job guarding him.

Yes it is. They can take the lead and then the team that was leading can re-take the lead and win.

Point is, unless the team on a run takes the lead during their run, they almost always lose.
