Also, Xanax is a of a drug. The dude who fell asleep at the wheel? Weed had nothing to do with it. Xanax was the sole cause of that.
Tough to say. I've never heard of a Xanax conviction.
but if someone takes a double dose of Xanax, knowing the side effects might be "marked drowsiness may occur", then I don't see any reason why they couldn't/wouldn't be charged for a DUI.........not to mention manslaughter charges similar to DWI manslaughter charges.
Also, Xanax is a of a drug. The dude who fell asleep at the wheel? Weed had nothing to do with it. Xanax was the sole cause of that.
It's just the whole
"I won't take my two year old child to get ice cream because Leetonidas is stoned and on the way to Taco Bell at the same time to get some Fully Loaded nachos."
That gets me. Comparing stoned driving to drunk driving is exactly like PETA trying to compare Manu to Michael Vick for swatting down that bat. Exactly like that. Find whatever "this kid was on weed (and two xanax, p.s. watch while we don't even mention that taking two xanax is equivalent to being blacked out on alcohol)" internet articles you want. Doesn't make your point have any more weight.
The anti-weed people in this thread are going all-in hoping that they'll win the hand on the river.
My friend's girlfriend got arrested for driving drunk and on xanax.
Also got slammed for felony possession for the xanax she hadn't taken.
I don't think you're rowdy and butthurt because you are calling me a got.
I enjoy watching idiots like you get rowdy and butthurt. Why do you frequent a forum where everyone hates your ass anyway? Are you some kind of glutton for punishment? I guess when you have no friends in real life, any attention is welcome, huh?
It's great entertainment.
Since pot doesn't effect as much any more, then I guess that might explain why you are rowdy and butthurt. And yes, I have a very high tolerance to pot. I wish I didn't. Like I said, I would absolutely LOVE to be a lightweight again.
Ah yes, because you're saying I'm rowdy and butthurt, it must be true.
Oh lookie! I enjoy idiots like you proving what a got they are. And see, I said it right there so it's completely true. Ha! I win, you lose. got.
naw, using got twice and "Ha! I win" all in the same post is definitely proof of a big hurt butt.
you've been rowdy from post #1.
Just a quick search will tell you that mary jane does impair motor skills, but nowhere near the levels of alcohol. Saying it has no effect is just as ignorant as people who lump it in with alcohol.
It seems to be the most controversial impairment drug out there but even sites that promote weed and the legalization of it don't advise driving while stoned. Ever.
leetonidas just proving he's an idiot, no surprises there
it's not even close to alcohol and shouldn't be lumped into the same conversation as alcohol. alcohol kills people, not bud!
as for motor skills... the only motor skills it s with for me is my head and neck considering how many damn times i check my mirrors while blown. i also use 2 things i never use sober.... my right and left blinkers.
well we don't smoke to be sober.
yeah just like porn promoters don't promote to underage teens yet they know they're the ones with the biggest collections out there.
cough cough... mav fan.
That's an odd analogy.
Smoking marijuna and driving is my favorite pastime. You es with your babies on board stickers and a fear of all things you haven't done and will never understand better stay off the road and even off the sidewalks because I'm stoned and I'm driving and therefore, I'm clearly dangerous.
Lol...why do pot smokers love to try and jutify how THEY are so different and pot doesnt affect THEM the way it does others...so in cliche and trite. Regardless of whether or not you THINK you are pefectly normal driving high, you aren't...plain and simple, it is not scientifically possible, due to what THC does to your brain to make you high, that you would be operating the vehicle the exact same way you would be if you were sober. Dont be stupid, because most of you aren't...i dont know what it is about smoking pot that make people loose all sense of perspective.
Do you really think the arguments about people driving on Rx Meds holds water? i mean, well there are people driving on Rx meds that are far worse than driving while stoned. Well yea, you are right...great conclusions there...Does that make driving high the same as driving sober? Dude i only drive after i drink a 6 pack of beer, these other guys drive after drinking whiskey...im totaly ok right?
cmon, seriously?
http://www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/...ng/driving.htm
Read it or dont...but isnt it painfully obvious any mind altering substance is going to cause you to not think as you would if you werent....mind altered? isnt that the ing reason you get high? wtf...and i like smoking weed occasionally, but at least be in honest...
yea, thats why i say that driving on LSD is so much safer than driving on pot. i am so ultra paranoid when i am tripping that i actually sit facing the rear window to see better...It is probably the safest way to drive since i get a full perspective of the environment around me....
New people or people who panic too easy probably shouldn't drive while smoking weed. But for regulars who smoke and have a confident mindset, there there really is no difference in motor skills. It's all mental. This should be person/usage/ability based.
Smoking Maryjane while ing is amazing
Lots of immature and irresponsible posters in this thread.
I bet they just wish you would "butt" out.
And that's exactly what I'm going to do! There's nothing I can do about their life choices and their irresponsible behavior - I just hope none of them live here in the Ft. Worth area!
yeah, that would suck if one of them "rolled" up on you in the Ft. Worth area.
i will smoke my joint and blow it toward your car while i see you at the traffic light
Ehhh cars were involved in like 99% of my weed experiences from year 1 thru year 4
