    I agree

    4th & 2

You just can bully your way to 1st down.

    But no.

I knew it. The minute they snapped the ball on that 4th down play, I knew we wouldn't convert it. Dumb decision by that er.

Even Wade Phillips thinks it was a ty call.

Richie Ko e just shook his head in disgust.

Marty Morningweh wouldn't have made that call, and he's the dumb who deferred to kick the ball off in overtime.

Just poor coaching in general. This bend but don't break bull has really gotten old.

No you punt it and make Peyton drive down the field. You trust your defense. That 4th down play negated any of those situations.

He made stupider calls in Cleveland.

Belichick is a fraud. Wouldn't have done squat without Tom Brady covering for his ass.

The defense wore down some, but you've gotta give them a chance to make a stop with a full field. You can't pin them at the 30 and say "Try not to get raped".

    That too

    But I meant on the 3rd & 2, sorry.

I agree all around. You're sending the defense a ty message with that. If I were a defensive player, I'd walk to the sidelines after Wayne scores and say, "That's probably what you expected, or else you would have trusted us."

You know, for years everyone always talked about how Belichick was always in Peyton Manning's head, always a step ahead of him.

It seems like, in these past 3 years, it's the other way around. This has to be the 4th or 5th time I can remember Belichick going for it on 4th down against the Colts.

trying to convert the 4th down was the best chance for the pats to win the game and it didnt work out.

    Very true.

Choking is a state of mind. Just because you were clutch in the past doesn't mean you will always be clutch forever more.

After the past 4 years, the Patriots are bonafide chokers.
