The amount of senators stating that they know it's going to be a ty bill but "don''t worry" it's a work in progress is absolutely disgusting. You can't write a decent bill but you want us to trust you to "come back and fix it?"

@ budget neutral. The federal government cuts medicare payments and then leaves it up to the states to decide whether they want to come up with that money themselves, or just leave it up to the doctors as to whether or not they want to start dropping patients. That's not budget neutral. That's stiffing someone with the check.
