Chris Todd stares down receivers and can't ever seem to get through his progressions. Footwork sucks, constantly throwing off his back foot. Not enough arm strength. I advocated starting Caudle since the beginning of the year. And we've all just seen how bad he is protecting the ball when he drops back. UGH
