Lol, I'm from Spain you dumb .

And is the NFL filled with large black guys? Of course. Did a lot of them come from horrible living conditions to make it? Yes. I don't see the point of making this movie.

No, I'm making a point. A lot of these guys had horrible conditions growing up. Vince Young's dad's a deadbeat and his mom a crack - he led his team to a national le then made the pro bowl, when's his movie coming out?

I know it's a feel good story and I'm happy for the guy, but did this really need to be a movie?

lmao at this got thinking I said anywhere that his story is similar to anyone else's. Comprehend the words - I never said similar. Just not any more deserving of a movie.

    u mad

Maybe they should make a movie chronicling Ricky Williams' marijuana abuse. What a story Then you'd be happy, you greasy fat .

I actually agree with WD somewhat. I don't see the point in making a movie about this guy. It's a cool story and I think it's awesome what he overcame but it's not much different than any other black athlete who didn't grow up with money.
That being said I am still going to watch it.

Before you guys jump on me for being a "white trash Texan" I am half Ethiopian and half Turkish.

Aw man if I could sell to Ricky that would be icing on the cake.

It'd even be cooler than this one friend I had who sold ass tons of steriods to Dat Nguyen.

So most black athletes were homeless growing up?

  21. #21

Yes, but that's got nothing to do with my response. Anyone who thinks Oher's story is just a typical poor kid making it in the NFL is wrong.

A lot of people didn't watch any previews on this movie if you what he did wasn't remarkable, and movie deserving. If it wasn't a great story, or a great movie, why the was it sold out today in my movie theater, a week after it was released?

lol saying every black athlete grew up homeless...

Yeah, and if "white chicks" wasn't one of the great comedies of it's time, why was it the #1 movie in america? How many more of these white people save poor black kid movies are you sheep gonna see?

LMAO all the butthurt racists in this thread.....something about seeing a poor black guy go from rags to riches really pisses you guys off
