Spurs forward Richard Jefferson notices that he is on the jumbotron in the middle of "YMCA" and freezes his drive long enough to participate.
During an extremely down-tempo, upsettingly ugly Spurs/Rockets game this last Friday, San Antonio F-G Richard Jefferson entertained Rockets fans and players as well, when he showed off his new "levitate the ball trick". Then to everyone's astonishment R.J. himself lifted off the court (eventually to the upper deck of the Toyota Center, where he high-fived fans in the cheap seats). Houston forward Luis Scola was quoted later saying, "I couldn't believe my eyes, one minute I'm blocking out Richard, then he's 30 feet in the air. He's like the black Criss Angel, or something. I didn't see any wires 'er nothin'!". Jefferson received a delay of game warning on the play, and stated after the game that he'd picked up his power of levitation in order to cut down on the amount of traveling calls charged against him during this first season with the Spurs.
