All we need now is Bowen to harrass Gayray. Which reminds me, does anyone remember last year when Bowen had some crucuial defensive plays last year against Pierce to lead the Spurs to victory???

the spread sucks tonight..I thought the Spurs would be favored by a little more considering we're at home, but apparently not..betting on Boston won't get a huge payoff, but whatever..

Big Baby's still out. He just got his cast off yesterday.
Despite the record, the Celtics have been inconsistent this year, winning many close games against bad teams. Here's a little summary of the club:
Garnett is still slowly gaining his abilities after knee surgery. He doesn't have his lift but he's headed in the right direction.
Ray Allen and Eddie House have been inconsistent though Ray just had his best game.
Pierce has been fantastic- the only guy who's been steadily great.
Rondo was a little passive during the period of losses, but has turned it on again recently. When he plays aggressively the Celtics always end up winning. He makes everything go and has become a top passer.
Perkins has stepped up his offense and looks much better on that end. Like Davis, he's lost a lot of weight.
On the bench- Rasheed's offense has been 3 point oriented (for better and worse). Shelden Williams has filled in surprisingly well for Davis. Marquis Daniels seems to be searching out his role, but has a great i.q.
I'm looking forward as always to Parker/Rondo. That's a great match up of speed demons.

If we play disciplined team defense tonight, we have a pretty good shot.
I'm going to the game tonight. Hopefully the Spurs get a big win.
