At this point there's no reason not to gamble on Weis as an offensive coordinator. Even then, there's a good chance Brady will never be the same
This season has been almost completely a failure by the coaching staff, mostly Belichick. Almost every decision he's made this season has been the wrong one.
good thing the schedule is "easy" the rest of the way. Carolina, Buffalo, Jacksonville, Houston. Then again, today was supposed to be "easy".

I'm not ready to call him a bad coach, maybe they didn't make the playoffs, but lets not forgot about the 11-5 season they had last year with Matt Cassel.

He's still Belichick, but this particular season, for whatever reason, the buttons he's pushing to propel the team aren't working.
