I didn't start with the silly insults. When someone takes a verbal cheapshot, you have to answer back. I will be civil with any Lakers fan who chooses to act with class.
I know, lol Phoenix schedule is harder than Lakers

Would you care to look at the NBA season schedule to prove that? Name another team that plays 17 of the first 26 on the road? How many other teams have 19 sets of back-to-back games like the Suns do?
No, what is pathetic is that you don't even know your own teams history and call a guy a moron when he gets it correct.
And you are correct, ther are plenty of organizations with no les.... yours just leads the list of excuse makers.
All I know is every single NBA team has 41 road games and 41 home games. If Phoenix doesn't have a lot of home games now, they will later.
See, that's the type of snob mentality so many of you Lakers fans have. Should I quit being a Suns fan because they haven't won a championship?
I only argument you can make is if it's between an eastern conference team or a western conference team, but if you're complaining to a team who's in the same division as yours?![]()
Not at all. I'm a LA Kings fan and we haven't won either. The difference is I dont blame the schedlue, refs, league, and eveything under the sun for their failures. They just haven't got it done.
Blaming the schedule is a pussy play anyway you look at it.
The bigger issue here is that the quality of basketball is affected by the schedule. The NBA should start the season earlier in order to reduce the amount of back-to-backs.
yeah... that 60 minute charted plane ride is a dagger!![]()
If I haven't been clear before, I know that the Lakers are the better team. Having said that, it is a legitimate gripe to complain about the schedule. There isn't a fan of any pro sports team who won't complain about something.
They have back to backs to accomidate schedules and get the 82 games of a season in. The cream always rises to the top over the course of a season regardless of schedule. Where les are won and lost are in the post season where back to backs are rare and include both teams regardless.
If you are a professional athlete traveling in luxurious conditions making millions to play a game and you have to blame back to backs or any other schedule issue for your failures... then you are a LOSER.
and always will be...
Try playing a week in the eastern timezone, returning home for one game and then playing on the road the next night.
I have no problem with the post season schedule for one reason. Both teams have to play the same schedule.
Been there and done it. Thank you.
keep whining.![]()
I think having a tough schedule is a legitimate gripe. I would have liked to see the suns play them having a day off the previous day. However, Lakers are still the superior team.
Dude, name one team that has a better supporting cast than Kobe the last 20 years. Wade lead a one legged Shaq, a washed up Gary Payton, Antoine freaking Walker and Jason Williams to a championship.
Looks fairly spread out to me. The avg is 20 b2b for all teams. In fact... the only number that is abnormal there is the Lakers getting the least benefit of playing opponets on b2b games by almost half the avg. But it doesnt matter. You wont see real Laker fans crying about it. Winners win... losers whine.

So the best player of his era and the best supporting cast these last 2 decades have seen are not even gonna make the finals.

I dont think so. I think Denver is just a different beast right now. They were close last year, but this time around I think with a new mindset they will beat the Lakers. Plus Melo>Kobe right now.
Close as in losing by 27 at home in game six. LMAO new mindset, it's the same bunch of clowns. Lakers beat them last year with a one legged Bynum who contributed just about nothing, add in this years Bynum, Denver has no chance.
The NBA hasn't seen a team as good as this year's Lakers in a generation.
Total shock if they don't win the le.
Where did vicphoenix go? I love these guys who come on here whining and then when you show them they are completely wrong... just disappear. What a puss.
The Lakers have all the pieces. Barring injury I think it will be tough to take them in a 7 game series for any team. Especially if they are holding home court.
