Franks team has the best balance IMO.
My co-workers and I had another debate about selecting a team for the 2010-2011 NBA Season. The rules were simple you could select only 3 All-Stars from the 2009 roster and considering all players are HEALTHY at the beginning of the season.
We chose in the order of Frank, Paul, and Bo.
Frank's Team
PG- Chris Paul
SG- Kobe
SF- Carmelo
PF- Dirk
C- Greg Oden
Bench
PG- Rondo
SG- Peja
SF- Josh Smith
PF- Lamar Odom
C- Perkins (Boston)
Paul's Team
PG- Tony Parker
SG- Dwayne Wade
SF- LeBron
PF- Amare Stoudmire
C- Andrew Bynum
Bench
PG- Derick Rose
SG- J.R. Smith
SF- Trevor Ariza
PF- Antwan Jamison
C- Carlos Boozer
Bo's Team
PG- Derron Williams
SG- Joe Johnson
SF- Kevin Durrant
PF- Dwight Howard
C- Yao Ming
Bench
PG- George Hill
SG- Ben Gordon
SF- Gerald Wallace
PF- Lamarcus Aldrige
C- Al Jefferson

Franks team has the best balance IMO.
There's only one ball to go around.
& it's Kobe's ball, so, there ya go.
But it's only a short amount of time before Melo starts demanding the ball, knocking Kobe with a right hook.
I think Paul's team would win- plenty of talent with manageable egos.
Wade and LeBron on same team is a bad ass combination
I am not saying you have a bad team.
But Paul's team would kick tail. And would be super fun to watch.
Next time you post you guy's choices- could you post them as teams A, B, and C?
I was so tempted to automatically pick your team without even seeing who was on it, Bo.
Well, goodbye ball, because Kobe is going home with it to peruse his 4 rings.
Paul's team has no spacing, no shooters.
So who would you subs ute on it?
Yeah, you need to consider subs utions and rotations.
I don't know about the Best but I can say Bo's team would get swept.
Oops, sorry Remmington![]()
Cut me some slack, I'm picking last.
Neither of the three are teams I would have come up with. But if I had to choose a group of guys to combine, I would go with Paul's team.
I think Frank's team is too much and Bo's team is maybe not quite enough.
Bo's starting point is talented but up against Tony or Chris Paul. I think Williams is in trouble.
Frank has way too many stars on his team. I think he would have major chemistry issues.
And I prefer Paul's bench to Bo's.
If I was Bo, I would drop Yao Ming as an all star and go with Steve Nash as my starting point.
I would drop Gerald Wallace and add Hedo as he can also run the point.
I would have Rasho the center because he plays defense and sets great screens.
And I would add Blair and Scola onto the bench instead of Aldrige and Jefferson.
Bo's Team
PG- Steve Nash
SG- Joe Johnson
SF- Kevin Durrant
PF- Dwight Howard
C- Rasho Nesterovic
Bench
PG- George Hill
SG- Ben Gordon
SF- Hedo Turkoglu
PF- Dejuan Blair
C- Luis Scola

You had to pick the leftovers? That's not fair.
I noticed Fank picked Oden...do season-long injuries count?
I had a feeling I spelled it with one too many M's but I was too lazy to verify and fix it![]()
Or are Blair and Scola all stars? If so then keep the other two.
the list with Hill as the backup PG instantly loses
this is the worst list ive seen
