They look so goddamn loose today, it's wonderful. Why can't they play loose against better teams? or is it chicken and egg - they are only loose because the compe ion is crap?

Probably. Spurs have an abysmal record against the top-tier teams for a reason. I'll take any win they can get against mediocre compe ion like SAC but I still won't be convinced about this team until they can beat a quality opponent.
