I saw this yesterday. Amazing. And sad. More the latter part than the poll, though.
Those of you who are fans of Fox News... care to even begin to explain this? Seems she's awful "elitist" to me for Fox News, who's only concern is the down home true blooded country folk.

This wasn't the news anchor's fault. They should have noticed the mistake, but
this, TO ME, might indicate that Fox News tampered with the numbers and forgot to make them add up to 100

It's a morning talk show. What do you expect? Morning talk shows always have stupid people hosting them.
Fox News is the worst morning show but I can't stop watching those morons. Duece and Carlson are as partisan as anyone on TV...
I think its more a shame that an incredibly intelligent female is willingly being reduced to that level. Acting or not, she sets the whole gender back being like that.

All three are mathematical errors. But, I agree, my examples are more egregious since you'd expect a presidential candidate to know the number of states in a country he hopes to lead and the leading proponent of anthropogenic climate change would have a better grasp on simple facts such as the temperature of the Earth's crust at depths where you liable to find miners.
No, I expect a presidential candidate can misspeak when he's tired.
I don't expect intelligent journalists on Fox to intentionally act stupid as a matter of course. You do, because it makes you feel better about being stupid when you watch.

Difference being is that Bush has a long history of idiotic statements.
And if that's the case, given Ms. Carlson's background, personally I would find it incredibly insulting for them to have me say such things on air. It's her decision obviously, but no job is worth that.
