    Probably the Clippers.

    But the New York Knicks are up there too, and are worse in a way, despite probably having more statistical sense (win-loss record and playoff appearances) than the Clippers.

    I think you could make a case for the Warriors.

    They only made the playoffs as an 8th seed 1 time this decade by 1 game. The Clippers atleast had one pretty solid season

    The grizz actually made the playoffs like three years in a row with Hubie Brown/Mike Fratello before they gave Gasol away to the Lakers. I'd say the Knicks or maybe even the Warriors (as much as I enjoyed the ass-whooping they put on the Mavs they were atrocious every other year).

    They made the playoffs in the early decade with VC and two with Bosh. VC was a shot away from the Raptors achieving something big and they have a few division banners hanging up there because of VC and Bosh.

    The Raps are crap, but not 'worst team of the decade crap.' , they even won their division the year before the Celts landed KG.

    I think the Grizzlies are worse. Made the playoffs for three years in row and didn't win ONE game. The other years surrounding those years are crap. And... they were part of a collusion trade, so -1000 points.

    Even with the playoff victory over Dallas, the Warriors have to get serious consideration. Dysfunction aplenty and only one playoff appearance this decade.
