I enjoy Pauly Shore movies from time to time, but to sit there and try and use the argument that DDL is a bad actor because you find his movies boring is silly. So you are saying that Pauly Shore is a better actor because you would pay money to see his movies for the entrainment value?

It's not my fault you can be entertained by simply staring at a wall....or something even more boring, like Last of the Mohicans.. You are not a human being. You are some irrational creature completely devoid of logic.
Let me be clear on this, I have an extremely high tolerance for ty movies...I have attempted to watch Last of the Mohicans 5 or maybe 6 times, and every single time I have attempted it, I have fallen asleep, including once when I was on meth. And another time when I was peaking on LSD. I purposely attempted to see it just as I was peaking so that I would not fall asleep during it. It's the only move I have ever fallen asleep during in the theater. And that happened twice.
Why I have attempted to watch it 5-6 times? Because of asshats like yourself that insist it doesn't completely suckass. When in fact it does.
He is a boring ass ing actor who makes boring ass ing movies.

By the way, DDL is my cousins wife's, brothers', sisters, god father of her fourth child, which is why I defend him.
Because of asshats(this would mean people I know) that keep telling me that if I can just make it through the incredibly suck ass sleep inducing parts that comprise the first 25 hours of the movie, it gets better in the final 10 seconds.
These are stupid people that simply don't know what suck is...and will eat it by the gallon simply a becuase a film critic tells them it's something other than suck.

The only thing I have ever felt during a DDL movie, is comatose. If that is your idea of acting skill, more power to you. Like I said earlier, there are probably people that enjoy watching rocks bleach in the sun too...takes all kinds.

He's Francis Ford Coppola's nephew (not kid) and he purposely used Cage as his name in the beginning so that he wouldn't get parts because of being a Coppola.
Anyway, he has some decent movies.
I don't like Hugh Grant, Tom Cruise or Robin Williams.
That's funny because the first movie I remember Cage's being in was a Coppola movie.
Robin Williams as a comedian. And Kevin Bacon. And ing Pacino post-1975.
Also, I second the Sandra Bullock mention. Kyra Sedgwick, but that's admittedly got a lot to do with the fact she's married to Bacon.

All of Depp's movies suck to. What the was so good about Pirates of the Carribean? Big in deal, a cliche-as- Pirate movie. Why did people think a movie series about pirates with Johnny Depp and Chris Johnson/Marshawn Lynch was any good?
Johnny Depp? He could do a series of High School Musical and Hannah Montana sequels for the rest of his life but his spot on brilliant portrayal of HST in Fear and Loathing would still make him one of the greatest actors ever.
