bill and ted a close 2nd and 3rd
I acutally think I remember him referring to himself as a legitimate dumbass who can't act, albeit, a dumbass who can't act that got paid 30 million dollars for one movie which was a record.
I like a lot of his movies too, Johnny Mnemonic, Point Break...just because I think he is a bad actor doesn't mean I don't like his movies
Point Break is his best movie IMVHO.
bill and ted a close 2nd and 3rd
For an example, I thought Jet Li would be the same way, the same invincible badass who in no way can be defeated. At least Jet Li had the sense to make a few movies (Fearless, Hero, The Mummy) where he actually dies and is not invincible.
I think Seagal's ego just wouldnt allow it, and to me, thats a bad actor.
Except that it's clearly his face.
Not his voice, though. That was dubbed by Maurice LaMarche, who was also the voice of The Brain (again based on an impression of Welles).
oh well you said you didnt hate him.... anyways... that's like saying you hate arnold or stallone or van damme because they were bad actors. the movies arent really about the acting but about the asskicking and bare handed man slaughtering. and all that was good
I might the rate the first Matrix over the Bill & Teds.
You know where the laser tag on Ben White BLVD is? That used to be THEEEE movie Theater in South Austin. That's where I saw the first Bill & Ted(it's also where I feel asleep during Last of the Mohicans(twice) but that's another story). .. I can't believe that movie is 20 years old.
IMVO my dear funt, he looks more like Orsone Welles there than he does Vincent D'Onfrio.
Yeah you can tell it's a voice over. Does sound like Orson tooNot his voice, though. That was dubbed by Maurice LaMarche, who was also the voice of The Brain (again based on an impression of Welles).![]()
blazer tag lol. I know crazy. getting old
Did anyone else read these and have them immediately translated in your head?
I think I was on acid for both Bill & Ted's and Point Break. I was definitely tripping when I saw the first Bill & Ted and Point Brreak(and I actually did try to see the Mohicans tripping on Sid too but that's another story). Point break is a bad ass movie if you were tripping. Was probably about the last time I did acid.

Best Acid Movie evah.
Val Kilmer is my fav actor, or one of them at least. The Doors was epic..
Figures. You sh have to watch his most recent movies for about 24 hours straight. He sucks a lot of ass.
OMG hahahha, totally forgot he was the guy in salton sea!!!! hahah. he breathes all heavy and has that plastic nose because he snorted too many drugs thru his nose!!! ROFL.
Pego your couch, the rare threads i start im drunk in....but i do agree at least this one isnt a band or song...i dont recall a band thread though??? Wouldn't surprise me though, ha.
Just got back from downtown diego though watching the chargers bully the cowgirls.
For VDO, he might annoy you, but no way "hate". Have you guys ever seen the movie "the cell" with JLO ? ha. VDO is a psycho! Great villain, he scared the out of me in that movie, if you havent seen it id recommend it just to see a weird sci fi movie. Really f'd up at times.
And it's funny i knew keanu would be up on here multiple times, but hate? no way. Ted? how can you hate Ted?
And the julia roberts posting was pretty true, she sucks. BALLS. I dont hate her though, because I saw my best friends wedding on like tbs the other day and I'd the out of her, sorry bout the language, but when she was younger shes very "bone worthy"
Is Spencer Pratt considered an actor?
I don't hate him but I abhor Will Farrel's movies. I should have known after Elf to stay away from his films but no, went ahead and saw Land of the Lost.![]()

I don't like Colin Farrell.
Not sure why, he's not a terrible actor or anything, I just don't like him. He has a very punchable face.
Same with Jamie Foxx.
Will Smith
Alan Alda
Antonio Banderas
Tom Hanks
Russell Crowe
I like Val Kilmer and liked him in The Doors. But, the movie, as a whole, sucked in my opinion. Kilmer's portrayal of Jim Morrison was the only bright point in an otherwise ty movie.
I also liked Kilmer in Real Genius, Tombstone, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and Heat. He sucked balls in Alexander but that movie (and all its "cuts") was a gigantic turd.
Actually, I'm not sure he's that good of an actor. Can't really think of a movie where he really stood out. Maybe In Bruges, but nothing else comes to mind. Though I totally agree with the punchable face factor.
Thats not really fair. Isnt "Son in Law" on the guilty pleasure list of every generation Yer?
Exactly. Whether or not Pauly Shore has any real acting talent, and I think he has some, Son In Law is entertaining. Can't explain why I like it. I just know that if I'm channel surfing and I stumble across it, I'll watch it until it's over.
With that said, I think Last Of The Mohicans and There Will Be Blood were both damn good movies. I think Daniel Day Lewis is a damn good actor. I usually try to see his films if the subject matter interests me.
It's gotta be Neo.....used to hate...with every fiber of my body ...Bob get...opppsss...Hagget....but then he was really cool in Entourage...now, eh,....
