Saw niptuck the other day it was pretty good.
I started on Nip-Tuck a while ago. It's some pretty wacky fun.

If you are talking about shows that started in that time frame.
nip/tuck is sometimes intentionally and often unintentionally hilarious, but it's more a guilty pleasure than an actual good show. The Shield and Damages on FX are really good though they strain credulity.
