Anyone that watched the game care to tell me how Bynum pulled off this impressive feat?
he got literally 3 fouls off devin harris just jumping into him,it was weird
Devin Harris, Kevin Martin, Corey Maggette
Their style of basketball ruins the game; FT offense should be illegal
A couple of the fouls were intentional. Almost looked like he just wanted to chill out on the bench tonight.
I'd love to hear 21_Blessings defense of this. He does nothing, again, for what the fifth straight game he's a non factor.
He wanted to chill with his family from NJ. Non-issue
Any reason why Jackson didn't yank him early?
My guess is to send Bynum a message. Phil isn't going to babysit him. If he can't stay out of foul trouble then that's on him as a player, and something he needs to work on.
The only thing the Nets do well is draw fouls, particularly Harris and Brook Lopez. They shot 23 free throws in the first half @ Cleveland last week.
Bynum was a factor the previous 4 games. Stop being obtuse.
I have no defense for Bynum fouling out in 10 minutes other than Joey Crawford completely screwing him on his 3rd foul. Which was in no way a offensive clearout.
Did you even watch the game? They were calling ticky tac on him all night.
Phil did yank him early.
I saw the game and yes there was some ticky tack fouls called on Bynum, but not all night. One of the fouls was a bear hug. You remember when Bynum picked up his second foul in the first, Lamar got up, then Phil told him to sit back down and let the game go on for a half minute. Bynum needs to pick it up.
What are you talking about? Phil pulled Bynum out of the game the instant he picked up his 2nd foul. 8 min mark in the 1st.
What did Bynum in for the night was Joey Crawford giving him his 3rd foul on the very first possession of the 2nd quarter. And it was an atrocious call. Again - it's Joey Crawford. That sent Bynum to the bench for the entire quarter. He played well the first 5 minutes of the game then lost all his rhythm after he sat on the bench for a hour straight.
Bynum had a couple questionable fouls on Harris but it's not like this game proves anything either way regarding Bynum.
I'm used to Bynum getting quick whistles called against him. I just think it'd be nice if Andrew could adapt. You're not seeing other Lakers drop off suddenly the way Bynum has.
Bynum is only averaging 3 fouls a game on the season. It's not like he's Greg Oden.
no. I do think Bynum will develop a consistency as the season goes on. Not hatin on him, just sayin the last couple games... when the Lake Show won anyway. It's all good.
Bynum hasn't been well lately, sons. He has an upper respiratory tract infection
If you think that is impressive, you obviously haven't seen Robin Lopez play.
Our boy Lopez has committed 24 personal fouls in 94 minutes played..............versus grabbing only 27 rebounds.....this season.

The wizards were so bad last night they made him look good even though his impact on the game was still -4 points.
Maybe it's the same guy that fouled David Robison out in 12 minutes...that's HOF'er, former DPOY, all NBA D umpteen times, David Robinson, against the Los Angeles Lakers in game 4 of the 2003 playoffs.
if you guard james you could easily
Devin Harris has always wreaked havoc on the Lakers help defense.
Fish can't really keep up with Harris' foot speed so the Nets ran pick and rolls off Fish/Bynum. If Bynum showed on the pick, Harris would draw an easy blocking call.
Bynum should have just dropped back and given Harris the jumpshots.
Another Laker has done worse:
Travis Knight: He holds the NBA Playoff record for quickest disqualification, having fouled out in six minutes in Game 4 of the 1999 Western Conference semi-finals
