Meanwhile Mario was an impact player from the start.
And, don't go counting your chickens before they hatch. The jury is still waaaaaaaay out on VY.
Mario was the best player in that draft.
Vince touches the ball every single down on offense, his impact going forward will be more than any of those guys.
I think he is a really special player, one of a kind at the most important position on the field, it just took a while for him to grow up.

That would be amazing if the ans make the playoffs. I think Young getting benched last year was good for him and the ans. Collins certainly earned the nod at the begining of this season but to make Young sit durning 6 straight loses was ignorant. The owner had to tell Fisher to knock it off. Fisher ed up. Big time.
another 3 TDs
but he threw a pick on the first pass of the game that was dropped and tipped up by his own man, tipped around by 2 or 3 defenders, then finally grabbed, therefore he is the worst QB to play the game and deserves to be hung on a torture stake
Chris Johnson won this game by himself just like the other 6.
I really like how he grabbed that int in OT, made Fasano commit a 15 yard penalty, and kicked the game winning FG. It was truly amazing.
You're beign sarcastic, right?
Collins couldn't have done that.
I was following the same tone as the post before
ans had to put 24 on the board for the game to even be in OT. Who did that?
Footballs don't magically fly.
There is plenty of room next to Blake for those who still do not believe. Now Wonderlic me.
vince had a fine game and another win, ans might be thaNKIN Playoffs
Vince had a great game. He made some very nice throws down the sideline for TDs and he's making throws he previously had not shown he could make.
His TD totals are catching up to his INT totals and his career passer rating may actually get into the 80s at this rate. Props to Vince.![]()
VY has clearly progressed, and has been consistent with it so far. hopefully he keeps it up. it would be great to see them sneak into the playoffs, but its gonna be a VERY tight race for those two wildcard spots.
One thing's for sure..playoffs or no playoffs, with Vince finally stepping up after what happened to his father figure, and him now being a father figure to McNair's sons, seems like the ans may have rediscovered a franchise QB. They even have thrown in a little bit of spread and allowing Vince to run a little bit, like his OC did in Texas.
Say what you will...Vince is 6-1 as a starter this year, has thrown for 1619 yards and 10 TDs with 4 picks, has one of the top QB ratings in the league, and has turned this team around. He plays this way next year, and they will fight Indy for the top spot in the division...they probably won't be able to beat them, but they will end up in the playoffs next year, if he's doing this good.
Assuming CJ is on pace for 2,000 yards next season. The ans go as far as he takes them.
As far as I know, Chris Johnson was playing Weeks 1-6.
