If we had to play a depleted Blazer team in the playoffs would we lose? NO. Would it be anything short of a sweep? NO

I think the league should separate into two leagues to separate the teams that matter with the teams that don't. Kind of like when you drop your kids off at the daycare and let them run around and play games with other lowlifes while you do something productive.
For instance you have the contender league (Mavs, Lakers, Celtics, Orlando, etc.) and then you have the poop stain league (Spurs, Wizards, Blazers, Spurs, Rockets, Nets, Warriors, Spurs, etc.)
When the two teams play an interleague game if the team actually wins it shouldn't count as a win or loss because they have nothing to lose and its just gay. Kinda like tonight.
It's about momentum. This team saw that Dirk was back and thought " it we don't have to do anything". That sort of mentality will lose us a ton of games. Carlisle needs to tell Marion to do layup drills until he faints of exhaustion. Meanwhile, Terry and Howard need a good copy of "How To Not Take Bad Shots For Dummies".
The blazers know they aren't going anywhere. when are the mavs going to figure out they aren't either.

You have two situations and nothing to gain.
1) You flush it down the toilet and never see it again and just forget about it
or
