Maybe McGrady has a gripe, but he's got no collateral, as far as I'm concerned. This is the same guy that "dogged it" in Toronto, in order to force the FO to trade him - which they finally did. This is also the same guy that quit on his teammates toward the end of his stint in Orlando, where he failed to lead them to the playoffs. It was a tough situation with Hill's injuries, but T-Mac compounded the situation by complaining and bad-mouthing the organization, in yet another attempt to force a trade. He got his wish and proclaimed things would be different. Now, he were are again. He's worn out yet another welcome with yet another team.
I have to side with Djohn and others on this one. McGrady is a talented, funky, piece of . He's got no track record of success, is a poor leader, and worse yet, he quits when things aren't going his way - as evidenced by the video.
