i spend about 1/10 of the time i used to on the NBA forum on this site. i don't have time to watch mnany games of other teams, so i'd come here to get my insight. then "realgm.com" to the rescue. made me realize what this board has become. i'm all for uncensorship, but when obscenities and immature bull saturates the board and deprives it of anything worth reading that is basketball related, it takes away from the site. i've said it all along that the troll threads should have their own seperate forums. name it NBA Board for Angry Teens or something like that.

Um, no, realgm.com has been infested with all the Kobe lovers and LeBron nuthuggers recently. Almost every thread turns into a LeBron or Kobe "discussion".

I don't get it. ed up posters,young kids,out of work 's,40 year old pervs,wannabee computer geeks,bored ass office workers, and no life know it all sports fans are all part of message boards on the www.

It's up to the whinny es who complain 24/7 that need to stop replying to the topics so they end up on page two. But what do you all do? You end up reacting in a way that the topics has two pages, by the time Kori puts on her crusty,wall mart,queen size granny panties, and pulls out the ban stick it's too late the damage has been done.

The reason ST is a success is because word spread out through the www that there was a website where you can say Kobe sucks, Tony Parker is Gay, and Manu is greasy flopping taint sniffing .

Now all that is going to change. There is a reason there is a bar on the side of the page you "scroll" down and skim over the bull . or you can get off your dead crusty man seed dripping ass and start using the ignore feature, but for the love of Tiger Wood's STD infested Nike tattooed , let's not ruin a good thing.

I had no intention of banning him. I told him to calm down and he asked to be banned. So I banned him. Nothing else happened. I didn't even say the ban was permanent. RealGM hasn't been good since 2007 or 2008..they banned me, NetsForce, Baller24 and a bunch of the good posters..now it's pretty much infested with Kobe and Lebron homers that came from the ESPN forums..pretty much 95% of the RealGM posters that registered in 2009 are horrible..I check out the team forums to get some news on some teams that interest me, but the GB is horrible..most of the originals don't even post there anymore..

this place is a lot better, even with the trolls.. , most of the trolls here are actually funny, some of them are genius..

RealGM is wayyyyyyy to uptight too..they have a 3 strikes rule, I don't even know how I lasted for years..1 of my strikes was because I insulted Candice Parker's ability to play ball vs. men, I still can't believe that..that's like a compliment on this forum..the other was for upsetting Kobe fans too often.. , we do that here EVERY day LOL..that's why I love this place..

a lot of people here complain about trolls, those people are usually the ones that get baited all the time..you just have to know to push the right buttons and when to respond..like my Kobe needs Fisher thread..put out some legit facts, a few Laker newbies got all insecure and angry about it..

I would guess a good portion of people found out what NAMBLA was after South Park made an episode regarding it in the show's earlier years...

I've been away from the site and didn't catch all the ruckus, but it seemed pretty clear that Cul got what he asked for and though so much sentiment has been already posted x1000, I would venture to say this place is rather different w/o him. Nonetheless, I'm sure he'll be back in some form or another.

I did? Well, that's a quick move to have the place cleansed of all the retribution that he deemed fit. I guess though, in the long run, he was good at what he represented. It got under alot of poster's skin and perhaps that was his intent. He was enjoyable in a sense that you could always count on one of his "tee hees" to end up in a thread.

He indeed got inside many posters skin though he was 80% responsible for the new lows achieved on the NBA forum... especially when biting back without argument on issues he should have just let go...

I don't know if i'd place such a high percentage on him; there were alot of culprits guilty of annoying behavior. Still, for being well into the season, the talk 'round here was indicative of pre-season/post-season banter. I mean, it is pretty cool that you're able to express yourself in any matter here. That is also the curse of the place because you'll get a million different voices at once.
