I just heard PJ say to give the Raptors credit for disrupting the Spurs offense, I thought that's what Pop did.

Well, it's 48-34. Not looking good.
Season low scoring for the Spurs in a half.

    horrible 1st half..

Raptors have arguably the worst D in NBA history..shooting 35% against them is unacceptable..

I don't mind allowing the points since Toronto can get explosive offensively, but our own offense is ridiculously bad today..

this half is on Pop's shoulder's easily.
How do you figure? Pop can't magically MAKE the Spurs make their shots, and the Spurs can't seem to buy a shot, with the exception of Tony. Shooting 35% isn't Pop's fault, it means either their having an off shooting night (which may change in the second half) or they're really tired and/or forcing shots.

Why does Parker even play on the defensive side. The way he plays D he might as well stay on the offensive end the whole game.

    Mason is 0-2
    Manu is 0-4
    Jefferson is 1-4
    Bogans and Ratliff are 0-1

What the is going on? Is EVERYONE tired tonight?
Yeah, they want TD to do all the dirty work as usual.

The team was completely out of sync because Pop decided to mess with the chemistry. Spurs were rolling then he threw a wrench in the system. Either don't play Tim or start him and hope you can get a lead and rest him.

This one is 100% on Pop.

If he wants to rest TD OK, but do it for the whole game; if he's going to play start him and control his minutes.

Bring TD off the bench was just stupid.

Terrible first half, but this game is far from over. If the Spurs settle down, they will give themselves a chance to win.

Basketball at the NBA level and particularly the Spurs is a rhythm game. You just can't turn it on and off at will. Pop destroyed the rhythm of the team in the first half.

Not only did Pop bench Tim, he also benched Blair and put in Dice in the starting lineup, screwing up all the good play Dice made for the Spurs while coming off the bench. That is three negatives.

Damn, I thought they could gain some good ground on this road trip. But I'd be hard pressed to etch in a W at this point. They can still do it, but their whole at ude has got to change.

I'm shocked the Spurs look so worn out (well, maybe not so surprised, but I hoped the young bucks on the team would help out the vets).

Raptors played last night against Boston too.
