They took a big step today but this win will mean nothing if they lay an egg next week.
I'm a bit concerned for next week. If they play like this minus the few coverage ups they were fortunate to get away with then it'll be a win. They have too much muscle for Philly when they don't make killer mistakes.
Oh, and LOL at the rookie pussy Maclin watching the safety the whole way and not even trying to catch the deep ball. That was funny I wish someone would gif that.

They are not going to the super bowl. They won't get past Minn or New Orleans.
Ya...that makes sense.
Lol you pick the 2 teams they match up best against.
The worst matchup in the NFC playoffs for the Cowboys is the Packers, but since that game would be at home i would still give the Cowboys the advantage of not playing in the ice.
Actually, I think this next game against philly is the biggest question mark. They need to secure this win and it won't be easy. If they win this next game I think they have a good road to reaching the Super Bowl after that.
Yeah, I like their chances against Minnesota....the Philly rematch worries me more than that.
Minn will beat Dallas. Minn has a great rb, a top defense a veteran qb with passion and some up and coming young wrs that played well as the season went on. They are built for playoff success.
LOL at yourself. You watch, if Dallas plays either team they will lose.
They just might...but I still like Dallas' chances.
Doesn't matter now though...they have to get past Philly...something I am not 100% convinced they can do.
Dallas' matchup to Minn is in Dallas' favor - old QB with history of playoff chokes, Rb who is great but puts the ball on the floor a lot, young WRs like Philly who haven't been on that stage, and not to mention a coach who is worse than Wade Philips. Minn is already starting to crumble and Favre in playoffs will complete the crumbling, whether against Dallas or somebody else.
Its a great reason. I didn't like that Dallas was showcased every week when there were better games. I came to dislike watching the Cowboys.
Disagree. The one who has a history of crumbling is Romo. Minn will be fired up playing at home. The defense is better than Dallas. Peterson will run all over Dallas. It won't even be close.
So don't ing watch them. It's not America's fault you didn't like watching the Cowboys. They were the most popular team...ergo they were on TV...
First off, Favre has crumbled more at the end of the year than Romo, and has been proving that lately, sans Sunday. And Dallas has the number 4 rushing defense in the league...to think that Peterson is just going to run all over them is just ignorant. You don't even watch the Cowboys...it's obvious..you just hate them, and so you're trying to pretend they're not as talented as they are.
Dallas has 3 good RBs, a top defense, a veteran QB with passion and some up and coming young WRs that played well as the season went on. They are built for playoff success. See what I did there? Same thing you did, but added two good RBs.
You will be disappointed then.
Ok, now you've outed yourself as a hater with that beyond weak take. Favre doesn't have a history of choking late season or in the playoffs? Try looking at just about every season since 1997. He's thrown huge picks at the worst times and makes horrible decisions in the playoffs, and it's been proven over and over and over again for more than a decade now. What have you been watching, futbol? Cause you've certainly not been watching football.
Minn defense better than Dallas?Dallas has pitched two straight shutouts and has held everyone but the NYG to well under their scoring averages. They dominated the Saints on the road when the Saints were undefeated. Who has Minnesota stopped? Jay "Pick 6" Cutler?
Peterson is a great back, but to think he'll run all over a defense that almost never gets run on is ridiculous. More than likely Peterson, the guy with more fumbles for turnovers than any non QB in the last 2 years, will put the ball on the ground at least once while Favre throws a pick or two and it'll be game over.
Thanks for the laugh, rascal.
Thats a re ed reason. Hate Dallas because they've won so much in the past. Its called regional programming dumbass. Get a clue. And its a simple fix. If you don't like living in Texas then move. Additionally, Dallas is popular as on the tube. Fans and haters ALWAYS watch the Cowboys. its an American pastime really.![]()
Do you even try to make sense?
game day is here lets go cowboys fck the damn eagles !!!
This is the end of the road for Dallas. I expected a big win against the eagles to get the playoff monkey off their backs. Dallas season is now made, they won a playoff game.
Yeah..this is the guy who said Dallas couldn't beat Minny because they had a good running back and top defense with a good veteran QB....lmao...Dallas' defense has been playing better, allowing less than 8 points a game in the last 4 games against Philly twice, New Orleans, and Washington. Romo has been playing better than Favre lately, and they have 3 good RBs...
Everybody talks Peterson but Minn better watch out for Felix hitting a hole and going 70+ on them. He killed the Eagles, and can do the same to vikes if they aren't careful
lets just hope mb3 and tc are ready to go as well
