    there is no SF and PF in the All Star game. If Dirk and Duncan won the voting and Amare won the Centre position then the lineup would be Dirk, Duncan, Amare.... All 3 of them. It's just "Forward".

    I would much rather he rest on All-Star weekend rather than play in a meaningless game and risk an injury. Rest and health for Timmy are more important to the Spurs than another all-star game, especially given his injuries last year.

    He always takes his kids there to take a photo with the guys, I think he enjoys the All-Star Weekend on a personal level.

    when it was last updated on new years eve, Tim was about 60,000 votes behind Dirk for the 2nd starting position... Seems like a lot, but the voting returns a couple weeks earlier had him 30,000 behind Pau and he overtook Pau in 2 weeks and caught up to Dirk by about 35,000 votes so who knows! Thats why every vote counts! Just make sure you dont vote for Pau or Dirk.
