Umm, don't know your history but getting a job is always good.
Well guys - I found a job and I start tomorrow. I registered with AccounTemps on December 18th, and they already found me a GREAT job!
It's with Dyncorp International - they do MAJOR military contracts and I'll be working in the billing department, making sure everything is correct and according to contract.
And to all you who thought I was a loser - they were so impressed with my resume that they hired me without even doing an interview!
Good pay, good benefits - and I'll be working a job that helps support our military - can't ask for better than that.![]()
Umm, don't know your history but getting a job is always good.
Sucks for Dyncorp. Too bad they didn't know what they were getting.
is there anything in business more corrupt than military contracts?
this job was made for you.
crooked will undoubtedly sleep better at night knowing she played a small, peonic role in the killing of third world peoples.
Thanks!

I want a new f'n job! All I have is about 10 years banking experience though and I don't want to be in banking anymore.
Are the Spurs hiring? I can rebound a little and shoot 3's. If nothing else I am good for 6 fouls.
No offense, but what company hires someone without an interview?
This is her allotted "cover page designing" time.
On the other end of that, I have a nephew that had to go back three ing times for a minimum wage job.
WTF?
Apparently we don't see eye-to-eye on anything except that this is good news
Congrats.
indeed, it was. Congrats though, Crookshanks! That's awesome.
Just watch out when Skynet goes live. is going to hit the fan.
I got the job thru AccounTemps - so I interviewed with them. This company is a good client of AccounTemps and they trust their recommendations.
However, it is a temp-to-perm job, so they'll have a chance to evaluate my work before they make me permanent.
I'll be working in the billing department, and part of my job will entail analyzing the bills and making sure they conform to the contract. And this company has some big contracts - $77 million for one and another one for $20 million - and those are just a couple that were listed on press releases.
And thanks for all the good wishes. I'm very thankful for this job and the almost unheard of luck to have only been unemployed for 2 1/2 weeks. In this current economy, I'm very fortunate.
