Can I also mention that I think the DLs need some work too - they've both become very quiet and slow. I'm trying to think of ways to make them more exciting like they were 2 years ago but failing miserably. How can we get people active and interactive again?

There are only moderators in a couple forums... College Forum, MMA Forum, International Forum.. I think that's it.

I don't really see how you would need our help, but I'm willing to... I admit I have been coming less and less to Spurstalk because of the new people their threads and their posts.

hopefully something changes, I hate to think I'm missing out on great information because the lame threads shadow the decent ones.

If you want a party with only 5 people then you invite your close friends you already know how they are going to behave. But if you want to break some sort of record then you have free beer and invite the whole town. Since ST started to get big many of the original five started to feel insulted as the new guests drank all the beer and pissed anywhere they please and destroyed the TV and ate all the hot wings and are now are tossing the furniture at each other after every loss.

That is when you have a separate private party aka (Forum) called VIP fans. only those with an invite can post there as they talk about stats and real issues that concerns the Spurs. Don't worry about bandwidth you can shut down the TRoll forum it's not like anyone post there anymore.

One thing i would like to do more often here on ST is Polls' threads.

I think it could be interesting since there are always some few posters very very active on specific topics and that hides the overall opinion on ST.

Still, often, i don't dare to start these threads cause i'm not sure it could interest people.

Can you have a "like or dislike" Facebook like option for the posts?

Sometimes I find myself quoting to give a thumbs up on something really well written and the opposite when something is wrong... It'd clean some of the junk if we had this option...
