The Hornets have agreed to trade Hilton Armstrong to the Kings, an Eastern Conference exec with knowledge of deal says.
The Kings will send a conditional future second round pick and cash to Hornets for Hilton Armstrong, sources say.

Obviously, the move is a salary dump on Armstrong's $2.8 million salary. This gets Hornets within $500K of luxury tax threshold.

lol Armstrong is one of the biggest 1st round draft pick flops of the last 5 years. Part of the blame is on Byron Scott for his downright refusal to play the kid, but then again ... Armstrong never developed much to begin with. good ing riddance. I honestly can't even recall the last time he has played this season.
