I won't be co-hosting with anyone else. People can definitely call in and talk, but there won't be another official co-host or anything.
Pretty good idea.
Win or lose...I think Allanon would be a good one. He is always pretty even with his takes.
He sounded knowledegable. That's all that matters... I think people here are confusing the good chemistry both of you obviously share with goofyness... what it sounded like to me was that he enjoyed partcipating in your 'show'... being slightly giddy while doing so... that's partly why the pilot podcast was great.
I've seen timvp in person on two occasions (at home games)... both times all he said was "hey..." as he nodded his head. The last time in 2006 (reg. season Mavs game where Ginobili hurt his 'tail bone' - when LJ was sporting that huge fro...) he was conversing with you, as I walked towards the SpursTalk group... but I really didn't catch the nuances of his speech then... I did notice he had a calm demeanor on both occasions.
BTW you definitely should include some of the out-of-towners like slomo, alamo50 and duncan228 in your show..
I just slowed yall down like screw. Putting it on mah mixtape
you can do shows focusing on specific players and have ST experts on to give updates on them, like Splitter, De Colo, etc.
--------
btw, timvp's voice sounds a lot like mine.
sorry bro.
Video please.
I have done some radio b4 nothing big... and I get calls to the US as domestic.. maybe one day I could call in... though I hate my voice... it gets the job done when selling
BTW I was just teasing timvp with the goofy comments... he is by far my favorite Spurs writer... (though I would turn off the radio if he was to talk all day about them! lol)![]()
I don't think are any de colo or splitter experts on spurstalk, people watch one world championships game and a couple of poor quality youtubes to become experts
If there are I would rather listen to eminem all day than a foreign fans podcasts
mookie... you fail... I'll give you 100 bucks if you recognize Im foreign when listening me talk... I mean it...![]()
Ehhh good for you brah
not that it matters but I bet I could
You know actors do that for a living right?
And isn't that what's it all about when it comes talking in the media?
Do you want me to send you my CV for approval?![]()
I enjoyed this very much. Can't wait for the next one
And I can spot it a mile away
What's a cv?
lol anytime...
and CV means for Curriculum Vitae... have u ever applied for a job in your entire life? I know you guys use "resume" but LMAO anyway![]()
I thought timvp was going to sound black.
So you know we don't use ciriculum vitaes but you abbreviated it and then laughed your ass off when I asked what you were talking about
how foreign fan of you
And on this cv you have a recording of your voice, how cute
no no... no recording.. but you'll know how academically prepared i am or not for such gig...
question for you... sons of americans raised in other countries = foreign fans to your broad mind? I wonder...
Next week, stretch gives his impressions of the Maverick's game:

Nice addition to the forum, and good to hear the discussion, as well as hear from you both.Would definitely be interesting to get a few opposing fans takes as well, especially depending upon how the playoffs pan out. We have fans for most of our rivals. Hope this idea takes off.
Timvp....Anything for you guys.....let me know how I can help. Ya'll got my #
He didn't suck, he just sounded nothing like his face indicates he would. (does that sentence make sense?)
Blair doesn't have the height, but he's got the length, which is all that matters. Blair's wingspan is the same as Bynum's and two inches shorter than Gasol's, if you can believe the stats on the Internets.
CV is definitely used in the US, I can attest for that. Very normal in our fields of work.![]()
excellent job,![]()
