That block by Ginobili on Artest was one of the best defensive plays, and subsquently, worst calls i have seen in a long time. Manu completely owned him on that play, got all ball, then was called for a foul...terrible.
As evidenced by Derek Fisher's near meltdown.
Oh yeah, the play where Bynum reached out and shoved Manu into Artest was fun. It'll be interesting to see what Artest gets away with in the playoffs.

what about that call where Bynum pushes Manu into Artest and foul is on Manu? or that other one where they called Manu's face for fouling Artest's elbow?
on one play, kobe was allowed to double dribble, travel, and commit an offensive foul. then the whistle was blown in his favor, and he took two more steps after the foul (another travel) and put it in, and he is given continuation. at least crybaby quit when george hill made him turn it over several times.
Yup I agree. One of the top 10 worst calls so far this year easily. He's had 3 or 4 that could qualify for top 10 in just the past month.
Infuriating but Manu just has to realize that his absolute stretches of dominance in games is causing the refs to their pants for a number of reasons: 1)He's a threat to the hieirarchy (laker/cav/celt) 2)He doesn't represent the black "thug" type that the NBA promotes.
Manu's block should have been a top 10er, but the play that really bothered me was when Derek Fisher appeared to intentionally foul Tim Duncan (by hacking) because there was no one else between TD and the basket.
Tim's layup drops in easily anyways and there is no call. And this despite Kobe's ubsurd and1 in the first quarter when he clearly didn't start shooting until after the whistle.
But laker fan is right, there were ty calls both ways.
