I watch them for the dresses and the eye candy.
Anyone watching? I have not seen an awards show in years and I don't really know why I'm watching this one. I'm familiar with most of these people but not much of what they are nominated for. But here's some observations an hour in---please add your own:

Yes Ricky Gervais was definitely the best part of the whole thing. Honestly I didn't see the last hour, but I assume he held up his end of the deal until the finish.
