For the life of me I don't understand why Van Gundy picked Anderson over Bass. It's rough and tumble games like this that Brandon Bass would shift the balance into the magic favor.

Kobe's supporting cast is just unbelievable..he hasn't done ANYTHING in this game, and his supporting cast got back a 9-point lead and took all the momentum while he was chucking bricks..

Yeah. The thing about Farmar/Brown is they create steals and are great in transition. Problem is they are streaky and shoot the Lakers out of games when they're cold. Then you have games like tonight where they basically win the game, which is much rarer than than the former. I wish they would do this more often.

Anderson is a great player, but he duplicates Lewis' game. They absolutely need Brandon Bass' physical intangibles in games like these.
